Under old business the council discussed the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). Council requested that the City Clerk contact a LHTAC representative to arrange a workshop for the council to address outstanding questions about the program and application process. Council member Will Butler moved to table Item 8.A (TAP); the motion passed unanimously.
