Council member Josephine Prophet moved to set a continuation public hearing on the Stonegate Development Agreement (Phase II) for March 12 at 5:00 PM; Council member Charlie Shutt seconded and the motion passed 5–1, with Council member Will Butler opposed. The vote was taken during the regular council meeting at the Harrison Senior Center on Feb. 12, 2025.
