Darci Carlson submitted a procedural comment on agenda item D5 (revising the fee schedule), asking staff to align the proposed language with Town Code section 10-15D-9. Carlson wrote that the code uses the term "Review Process" and that using the word "Use Permit" twice could cause confusion because the Review Process carries a $75 fee while a Use Permit carries a $200 fee.
