Summary

I reviewed the meeting transcript and the draft articles for accuracy, clarity and adherence to the meeting record.
Findings: several transcript inconsistencies and ambiguous numeric phrasings need verification before publication: contractor name appears in multiple spellings ("Cola Curcio brothers" and "Colicarcio Brothers"); the park name appears as "Benrook" and "Benrooks" at different points; an engineer's estimate was spoken as "about $3.82" which is likely truncated or mis-transcribed; and some aggregate budget totals were read quickly in the meeting and should be confirmed against the posted ordinance packet.
Recommendation: verify contractor and park names, the engineer's estimate and the ordinance's numeric tables with the official meeting packet, contract documents, or the city clerk before final publication. Corrected facts should be reflected in a single revised article set.
