City of South Bend staff held a public hearing on the municipal water system plan at the Feb. 23 council meeting. Engineer Dominic Miller and Project Manager Eric Noah presented the plan and outlined the City's water-use-efficiency objectives; the hearing opened at 5:54 p.m. and concluded at 6:23 p.m.
