The board voted July 15 to approve the release of a conservation covenant for Christine and Roy Gene Swafford (Account 13473). Vice-Chairman Ben Amerson made the motion to approve the covenant release and Member Gary Spinks seconded; the minutes record the motion as carried by recorded vote of all members present.
