County Administrator Dzwinel recommended appointments to the Joint County Library Planning Committee and the board confirmed the slate by voice vote after a motion by Supervisor Hansher, seconded by Supervisor Vogel. Appointees are Supervisors Strom and Bichler and citizens Melissa Alexander, Donald Zankl, Wendy Sprenger and Amanda Kloppmann.
