General Registrar Lisa W. McDonald briefed the Shenandoah County Electoral Board on scanner issues that occurred in a small number of precincts during the November election and said she has been in conversations with the vendor, ESO, to address those issues. McDonald presented a written report to the board and noted the issue as part of post-election review and operational follow-up.
