Clerk Rein and Treasurer Tami Keenan presented personnel and banking administration items on Feb. 23. Approved motions included a payroll change notice to raise a Road and Bridge employee from Step 2 to Step 3 with a $2.00 Class A CDL differential and a rehiring of an EMS EMT3 PRN; both motions passed 3-0.
