The Androscoggin County Budget Committee voted through multiple finance-related budget items during its Oct. 1 meeting. Auditing was approved at $27,000 on a motion by David Chittim, seconded by Timothy Macleod; the minutes record the vote as 8-5. Interest was approved at $120,000 on a motion by Tim Gallant and seconded by Robert Reed; the minutes record that vote as 9-3.
