County Administrator Patrick Whiteford told commissioners that opioid settlement funds are available for local programs and that the LiveWell grant supporting opioid work will end in approximately six months. The committee directed the administrator to prepare a request for proposals (RFP) to solicit applications for opioid-settlement funds and to require measurable statistics and tracking information in applicants' submissions.
