Chairman Jeff Wilson presided as the Kay County Excise Board voted to approve a Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriation for Tonkawa Public Schools (I‑87) in the amount of $200,000.00. Vice‑Chairman Rod Reese moved the measure and Member Christy Kennedy seconded; the motion carried unanimously (Wilson, Reese, Kennedy, aye).
