Kay County approves multiple Health Department contracts for FY 2026–27
The Board approved a suite of Kay County Health Department agreements for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027, including service contracts with radiology/phlebotomy providers, school behavioral-health MOAs, staffing work orders, leasing, and janitorial services; DA recommended one‑year terms unless financial benefit is documented.

On June 15 the Kay County Board of County Commissioners approved a set of agreements between the Kay County Health Department and multiple service providers for FY 2026–27 (7-1-26 through 6-30-27). Approved items include a work order under a master agreement with VieMed Healthcare Staffing, a government product lease agreement with Quadient Leasing, contracts with Stillwater Medical Center Authority (dba Stillwater Medical Blackwell) and Fairfax Family Medical (Ponca and Newkirk Family Health Centers) for radiology and phlebotomy services for department‑referred patients, memoranda of agreement with Blackwell and Newkirk public school districts to provide behavioral health services, and a janitorial contract with Brianna’s Cleaning Company for department facilities.
