Reentry programs report 216 served since launch; committee asks for more financial detail

Nick Robbins presented a combined Community Rebuilding Initiative (CRI) and Community Alternative Program (CAP) update. "To date, we serve 216 individuals in the program," Robbins said, noting the CRI has 30 current participants and 87 successful completions since its April start. He reported the CRI recidivism figure in the packet as 29.89 percent and explained the count includes anyone adjudicated while participating in the program, even if they were present for just days.
