Commission notes video-feed problem, cancels Oct. 2 meeting; next meeting Oct. 16
Summary

During the meeting an online participant and staff flagged a technical issue with the meeting video feed; staff said they would look into it.
A remote attendee, Steve Van Maran, told the commission, “we don'9t have any video out here in the field,” and later staff added, “And we'9ll try to figure out the video feed. I'9m not sure why that's not working.” The commission directed staff to investigate the problem.
Separately, the commission approved minutes and discussed scheduling: staff announced that the October 2 meeting was canceled and that the next planning commission meeting will be October 16, with the following regular meeting in early November.
