Task Force: compliance checks found multiple sales to underage decoys; businesses to receive warning letters

Morgan Smith, ADLC County Attorney, reported that compliance checks conducted on March 26 found many establishments sold alcohol to underage confidential informants working with officers. The meeting minutes record that criminal citations were not issued for that round; instead, law enforcement and the County Attorney's Office will generate letters to notify establishments of their performance and warn that citations may be issued following future compliance checks.
