Brent Albury said the correct 2025 improvement value should be $16,027,300 for a total of $17,972,700, and the correct 2026 improvement value should be $15,835,700 for a total of $17,781,100.
Albury said the discrepancies were clerical: a January draft value had mistakenly remained on the 2025 line and those draft figures were also placed on the 2026 agenda line. Board members asked whether documentation supported the agreed numbers; Albury said the agreed values reflected discussions and a stipulated agreement that had been exchanged with assessor staff (he also referenced appraisal work done in the file). After discussion the board moved to correct the agenda numbers and approved the correction by voice vote.
