An attorney for West Ohio 2 Property Owner LLC told the board that the agenda listed incorrect improvement and total values for 2025 and 2026 that did not match a previously stipulated agreement. Brent Albury said the correct 2025 improvement value should be $16,027,300 for a total of $17,972,700, and the correct 2026 improvement value should be $15,835,700 for a total of $17,781,100.
