Cleveland County OKs multimillion-dollar allocations for highway districts and bridge projects
The Budget Board approved allocations for Highway Districts 1–3 as part of the lapsed-appropriation package, including multi-hundred-thousand personnel budgets and bridge-and-road improvement funds exceeding $1.7 million and $1.9 million for Districts 2 and 3 respectively.

The Cleveland County Budget Board's June 24 motion included substantial funding for the county's highway districts. The approvals list District 2 Bridge & Road Improvement at $1,773,043.80 and District 3 Bridge & Road Improvement at $1,962,767.01, along with multiple personnel, M&O and capital outlay lines for Districts 1, 2 and 3.
