Member John Wullich moved, seconded by Chairman Chuck R. Thompson, that there be no change in the assessor's value of $170,146 for 2308 Helm Ct (Alameda Park 1 Lot 7 Blk 3; Account No. 24611). Both members voted yes and the motion carried.
