The board accepted the resignation of Sally Craig from the Juvenile & Family Drug Court and appointed Misty Bruce to serve as the Substance Abuse Representative for a three‑year term effective May 6, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The board also accepted Mallory Riley's resignation and appointed David Holmes and Jacob Stewart to share duties as Defense Attorney for an unexpired term effective May 6, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Each appointment motion was seconded and recorded as unanimous.
Commissioner McCreery moved to approve submission of the FY25 Non‑Participating States Subaward Funding Application in the amount of $10,000 to be used by the Y.E.S. House Crisis Shelter & Family Resource Center for the period July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027; Commissioner Scott Clem seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Separately, Amendment No. 1 extended the subaward end date for the Campbell County Non‑Participating States Partnership grant for JFDC & Y.E.S. House through Sept. 30, 2026, with no change to award amounts.
