At the April 7 meeting the Drainage Authority voted to close the session under Minnesota Statutes section 13D.05, subdivision 3 to receive attorney-client privileged communications about potential litigation related to the CD52 project. The minutes list attendees included in the closed session: commissioners, county counsel, drainage counsel, Drainage Manager Merissa Lore, County Auditor/Treasurer Chuck Schrader and County Coordinator Brian Hov.
