After completing agenda items, Supervisor Bill Anderson moved to adjourn the meeting; Supervisor Randy Feist seconded the motion and it carried unanimously with Anderson, Bell and Feist recorded as voting yes. Chairman Michael Humburg adjourned the Regular Board Meeting at 10:57 a.m.
