SWCD board approves RCPP batching and multiple RCPP funding reallocations

Bell then moved to approve a funding change of $12,221.30 from RCPP Contract #22-3-10 to come out of the 2025 Soil Health Delivery; the board voted unanimously to approve the shift. The board also approved funding adjustments from RCPP Contract #22-5-14 that reallocated $3,215.50 from October RCPP, $10,504.59 from November RCPP, $15,079.85 from February RCPP and $13,804.26 from 2025 Soil Health Delivery — a combined reallocation of $42,604.20 — again passing unanimously.
Board minutes record the motions and unanimous votes; no dissents or abstentions were recorded. The approvals are recorded as contract-level funding reallocations to align RCPP payments with program delivery.
