Fulton County adopted Resolution 2026-450 allowing the Auditor'prepared Purchase Order Edit List to be kept on file in the Commissioners Office in lieu of journalizing each individual purchase order; the board also approved submitted travel requests.

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted July 14, 2026 to adopt a procedural change for procurement documentation: the board will sign a Purchase Order Edit List prepared by the Fulton County Auditor, which will be kept on file in the Commissioners Office in lieu of journalizing each individual purchase order. The resolution also approved travel requests submitted for county employees.
