Fulton County accepts and transfers JFS allocations with Defiance and Williams Counties
Per Resolution 2026-455, Fulton County accepted $43,570.86 from Defiance County and $50,000.00 from Williams County to Fulton County JFS and approved transfers of the same amounts back to those counties, per OAC 5101.9-6-82.

The Board adopted Resolution 2026-455 authorizing inter‑county adjustments of JFS allocations. The resolution records that Amy Metz‑Simon, Director of Fulton County Job and Family Services, recommended accepting $43,570.86 from Defiance County and $50,000.00 from Williams County and approving transfers of the same amounts under applicable Ohio Administrative Code provisions.
