Commissioners approve minutes and agenda, pull appropriations resolution from agenda

The board approved the minutes from the July 7, 2026 regular session by adopting Resolution 2026-437 after Commissioner R.J. Lumbrezer moved and Commissioner Joe Short seconded; the motion passed 3-0. The board then approved the July 9 agenda as presented with an amendment to pull Resolution 2026-439 (increase & transfer appropriations and funds for various departments) because there were no requests; Resolution 2026-438 passed 3-0.
