At a Feb. 19 special meeting, the City of Oilton voted to adopt an Economic Development Plan Agreement with Lalo's and authorized Mayor Julia Bagwell to execute the agreement. The motion passed 5–1; Ry voted nay.

The City of Oilton on Feb. 19 adopted and implemented an Economic Development Plan Agreement with Lalo's and authorized Mayor Julia Bagwell to execute the agreement on the city's behalf. The motion to adopt was made by council member Bessie and seconded by council member Sharlie. The roll call vote was AYE — Bonnie, Brian, Bessie, Sharlie, Rachel Tyler; NAY — Ry; the motion carried.
