The Board recorded these formal actions on Sept. 8, 2025: approval of accounts payable totaling $45,788.75 (motion passed 3-0); approval of minutes for Sept. 2, 2025 (3-0); motion to untable SU-002-2025 telecommunications tower (3-0) followed by a motion to table the item to Sept. 15 at 11 a.m. (3-0); approval of the KDOT Off-System Bridge Program project programming request for Frontier Road (3-0); approval of a Suicide Prevention Awareness Month proclamation (3-0); and approval to hold tire recycling in October (consensus/motion passed 3-0). The Board also moved into executive session under the Attorney-Client Privilege exception to the Kansas Open Meetings Act and later extended that executive session; no action was taken upon return.
