At the King County Administrative Land Use meeting on July 8, 2026, the chair conditionally approved the final plat for the Gateway Development Subdivision, a 26-lot project on Parcel 3-5-34-2 zoned R2. The chair said the subdivision includes a minimum lot size of two acres and named the applicants as Benjamin Menlove and Susan Tarver.
