Design Review Board takes routine actions, schedules training and interviews

The Eagle Design Review Board handled routine business, approving the consent agenda at the start of the meeting by voice vote, then moved into a substantive review of the Avamore common-area landscaping plan and subsequent approvals.
After the Avamore item concluded the board heard reports from planning staff. Barb Williams reminded members of a joint training scheduled for February 3 at City Hall and noted that interviews for two board replacements will take place in the coming weeks. The board adjourned following a motion and second.
