Rowan City Council voted unanimously Aug. 3 to adopt Resolution 2026-10 expressing support for the Wright County Regional Brownfields Assessment Grant Application. Mark Bruns moved for approval and Heather Baumgartner seconded the motion; the resolution passed on a roll call vote.
