The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that City Council amend Ordinance 120-25 to add Section 1262.07 (Western Reserve Development) to the city's temporary moratorium on new R-3 multifamily development. Law Director John Gasior advised that adding the section would "allow the city to review the relevant zoning code and regulations related to that development," and he clarified that ongoing pipeline projects would not be affected.
