Board posts Planning Commission alternate vacancy; DCAC recruiting announced

At the Sept. 8 meeting the board discussed Planning Commission structure and agreed by motion to post notice for an alternate vacancy on the five-member commission. The motion to post the vacancy was made by Trustee Amanda Fangmeier and seconded by Ryan Osborn and carried.
Gail Braunsroth used the public comment period to announce the Denton DCAC meeting and said "they are recruiting members." Trustees also recorded consensus to review zoning ordinance definitions at the next regular meeting. No formal vote on the social media policy occurred; trustees noted there was no new information.
