Gregg County approves interlocal records-imaging contract with Texas State Library
The Gregg County Clerk requested and the court approved a one-year interlocal cooperation contract with the Texas State Library and Archives for records imaging services, effective Sept. 1, 2026 through Aug. 31, 2027; the motion passed unanimously.

The County Clerk presented a yearly interlocal cooperation contract between Gregg County and the Texas State Library and Archives to provide image-related services for the Gregg County Clerk's office. The clerk said the contract term begins Sept. 1, 2026 and ends Aug. 31, 2027, and invited questions from the court.
