Gregg County approves interlocal records-imaging contract with Texas State Library

The County Clerk presented a yearly interlocal cooperation contract between Gregg County and the Texas State Library and Archives to provide image-related services for the Gregg County Clerk's office. The clerk said the contract term begins Sept. 1, 2026 and ends Aug. 31, 2027, and invited questions from the court.
There were no questions from commissioners and the court approved the contract. "If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer," the County Clerk said during the presentation. Commissioner McKinney moved for approval; Commissioner Bostic seconded, and the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
