The Mercer County Board voted to accept a bid from Brandt Construction Co. for the Rivoli Township bridge following a Hutchinson Engineering recommendation. Board member Todd Line moved to accept the bid and Linda Koepke seconded; the motion passed 8-1 with board member Chris DeMink recorded as voting Nay.
