The planning board discussed an amended plan for a parcel the town may acquire to provide parking and a connection to Mount Pigeon. The presenter said an engineering driveway layout proved infeasible, the matter went before the zoning board of appeals and "they approved the substandard lot" for the parcel the town would purchase, and the ANR has been signed and certified. "So now it is okay to be signed off by the planning board, and then we can file this," the presenter said.
