Commissioners approve zoning resolutions with 3‑1 split, terminate XTO bond
The board approved a zoning boundary district change and a conditional use for Romack LLC on a 3-1 vote (Commissioner Vickrey opposed), approved termination of an XTO surety bond via resolution 26-100538B (4-0), and approved several surety bonds and an Equitable Sharing contract for the sheriff's office.
