Terri Baker says Mapleton Road resident will return to clean property within a month
Summary
Terri Baker reported contact with a Mapleton Road resident who she expects will return within a month to clean a property cited for violations; other violations will be discussed at the next meeting.
During New Business, Terri Baker told the board she has been in contact with the resident on Mapleton Road and that the resident "will be back in town within the month to clean the property." The minutes state that other code violations will be discussed at the next meeting.
The transcript does not record enforcement action, deadlines set by ordinance, or a formal vote; it records only Baker's update that the resident intends to address the issue within about one month.
