Commissioners approve routine items, extend burn ban and declare disaster

Other approved items included an agreement described as between U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Starr County concerning a boat ramp, and a memorandum of understanding with the Knights of Columbus for purchase of the KC Hall. The court approved a right-of-way permit for the City of Boruya to replace an 8-inch water line in county right-of-way and authorized a set of budget amendments.
