Committee members reported the capital improvement and preparation of the cold-storage wing are complete and that the leased space is moving toward occupancy. The notes state: "Lease started July 1, 2024," and list outstanding items to complete prior to PCCC taking possession, including items on the PCCC Fire Marshal list and bathroom needs; epoxy will be used to repair floor indentations in one room.
