Council adopts ordinance creating city code chapter for electric motorcycles
By voice vote the council adopted Ordinance 2839, an amendment to the Enumclaw municipal code establishing a new chapter on electric motorcycles and asking staff to publicize training for enforcement, following a staff report from the police commander.

City Clerk Justin read Ordinance 2839 by title as a municipal-code amendment to establish a new chapter on electric motorcycles within the Enumclaw code. Police Commander Tony Ryan gave the staff report and the committee had no substantive objections other than asking that training be publicized.
