According to the minutes, "Ken Lind nominated William Schmidt, seconded by Rory Roth. William Schmidt elected Chair by unanimous consent." For vice chair, "Teri Umbreit nominated Rory Roth, seconded by Ken Lind. Rory Roth elected Vice Chair by unanimous consent." The minutes record both elections as unanimous, and the clerk signed the record.
