Vice Mayor Jody Bauer moved and Commissioner Reba Murphy seconded approval of Ordinance 2026-09 on first reading at the June 25 meeting. The ordinance would add a fireline tap fee to Spring City’s water and wastewater fee schedule; the motion carried with Murphy, Bauer and Mayor Leon Locke recorded as voting 'Aye.'
