The Spring City Planning Commission voted Dec. 12, 2024, to approve an amendment to Ordinance 2024-10 that revises Section 5.05 (one principal building on a lot) and Section 9.07 (one principal structure on each lot) of the town zoning ordinance. Regional Planner Jonathon Rush presented the corrections to the commission before the vote.
