Board notes retirement, resignation, coach list and SEI timeline

Mr. Weeks informed the board that Joe Lulay is retiring from PERS effective March 1, 2026, and that Lulay "will be working back." The board also received notice that Jon Edwards has resigned to pursue another opportunity. The coach/advisor list (with spring coaches highlighted) and employee recognition for the second trimester were included in the packet and acknowledged by the board.
Superintendent Drill reminded board members that Statement of Economic Interest (SEI) forms become available March 15 and must be completed by April 15. He also noted a staff FTE-to-student ratio report included in the packet that provides a two-year lookback, though records prior to that period were not available as requested by Chair Stegall.
There was no public comment during the meeting.
