The Board on July 20 approved two Master Services agreements with Apprentice Information Systems of Oklahoma for camera-system services. The county clerk's storage building agreement was approved for $2,040 and the sheriff's courthouse camera services were approved for $5,400; both agreements were noted as approved by the District Attorney prior to board action.
Commissioners voted to adopt the agreements by motion (Sledge moved, Bickford second) and recorded unanimous approval. The contracts were entered for Fiscal Year 26/27 as part of routine operations, and no additional debate or public input was recorded in the minutes.
