Superintendent Glen Szymoniak said the district would consider a mutually beneficial property trade if the developer owned other property better suited for a future school site, and the developer supplied an updated sketch of the proposed access. The board declined to take action at the meeting, saying considerably more information is needed before any easement or property exchange could be approved.
The item was listed on the agenda as an action item but was postponed for further study; staff will share the developer's updated sketch with the board ahead of any future consideration.
