The board voted to cast a 'No' vote on Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA) Resolution 3. Director Matt Stringer moved for a NO vote; the motion was seconded and carried with Uptmor, Blackaby and Stringer voting yes on the motion.

The Ontario School District Board voted to instruct its OSBA election ballot to register a 'No' vote on Resolution 3. Director Matt Stringer moved the motion to vote NO on Resolution 3; Chair Bret Uptmor seconded, and Uptmor, Vice Chair Mike Blackaby and Director Stringer voted yes on the motion to vote NO.
