The district’s construction representative reported progress across the ongoing campus projects, focusing on Moss Elementary. The speaker said permanent power is on site and rooftop units are in place; the remaining critical path item is a gas line from Atmos, which is expected to arrive in roughly two weeks and will allow interior finishes and flooring to proceed.
"The major things that we're currently waiting on right now is the gas line from Atmos. We're expected to have that on-site in about 2 weeks," the construction representative said. He also described completed sewer reconnections over the Christmas break that allowed dirt work and field grading to resume and outlined plans for irrigation, sod placement around May 15, and playground installation timing. Board members thanked the construction team and asked for ongoing updates; no board action was required during this report.
