Board approves targeted improvement plans for four campuses identified for additional support

The Board reviewed and approved targeted improvement plans (TIPs) for four campuses identified for comprehensive or targeted support: Audelia Creek, Hamilton Park, RISD Academy and SkyView. Administration described campus-specific priorities, identified subpopulations (Hispanic, economically disadvantaged, emergent bilingual, special education), and the essential actions to be resourced. "If we stay the course, research is clear that when you do these things...you are going to move the needle on student achievement," the superintendent said.
